Clean hotel with excellent nightly entertainment and friendly staff. Fridge in room, great for keeping drinks cool. Cleaning staff were excellent, rooms cleaned daily. Good breakfast with great choices. Attentive and helpful staff, happy hour at the bar. Variety of sunbathing areas and beautiful beaches nearby.

I liked the cleanliness especially in the swimming pools, their animation and location.

I find the buffet super scarce especially at dinners

I recently had a wonderful backpacking experience at a hotel on the beautiful island of Tenerife. The location was perfect, with the hotel being not far from the beach, allowing for a short walk down to the sand and waves. In the evenings, there was fantastic entertainment provided, such as live music and shows, which made for a great end to each day. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the pool. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, catering to different tastes and dietary requirements.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, one small drawback was the size and layout of the restaurant. It was quite chaotic and could get crowded during busy times.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, excellent staff, attentive, caring as at home. Excellent place for milking rest with the child, in the evenings various activities. The ocean with a beautiful beach is 5 minutes away! Everything was very good.

Maybe not minus, but a little kid's sleep was hindered by music.

I was really impressed with the value for money at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the mountains. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was central and the beautiful beaches were just a short walk away.

More breakfast choices would have been nice.

The hotel is very well equipped: with 4 bars, 3 swimming pools, a restaurant, a snack bar. The temperature of the (heated) swimming pool is excellent and the quality of the water is very soft, few people swim there. Many animations are proposed with 2 shows every evening. The presence of another hotel of the same chain next door allows access to other activities such as squash and the gym.

The activities end late, it is difficult to fall asleep early. Many services are not free (safe, fridge rental, delayed departure, fruit juice pressed for breakfast... etc.) a little incomprehensible for this category of hotel. Be careful at the restaurant if you are not on half board, it is a buffet and the prices are very high.

Nicely decorated rooms with large televisions, and amazing location.

Everything was very good, nothing too much trouble, I recommend it. There were pancakes and meats for breakfast. Top-class staff in all areas and the pool area was nice...

We loved the central location of the hotel, as it was just a short walk away from the beautiful beaches. The variety of sunbathing areas provided ample opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job, with our room being cleaned every day. The dining experience was top-notch, with a buffet offering a wide range of choices and excellent food quality. We especially enjoyed the happy hour at the piano bar, where we could enjoy half-price drinks. Lastly, the bottled drinking water being replenished in our room daily was a thoughtful touch.
